Mishka Vandeburg
Data analytics, applications administration & integrations, supply chain management
I connect the systems a product business runs on, from the shop floor to the storefront, so the right data reaches the right place without anyone retyping it.
About
I started out reading engineering drawings and programming CNC laser and plasma cutters. That shop-floor view of how products actually get made has shaped every role since: buying and planning for manufacturers, running supply chains, and then designing the enterprise data systems behind more than 30 outdoor brands at Revelyst, a $1.25B+ company.
My work sits where operations, data and software meet. I find the places where people are re-keying information or working around a system, then fix the model, automate the handoff, and document it so the next team can repeat it.
Today I'm a manufacturing engineer at Sel-Tech, an aerospace manufacturer in Chico, after a year directing AI animation technology at Golden Eagle AI. Along the way I've founded several businesses, including Imprensa Solutions, Spark Manufacturing Academy, Silver Tree Food Service and Takara Cactus, and served as CEO of a community nonprofit.
